Our journey to your dream home or renovation starts with a free, no-obligation consultation. From here, we’ll discuss ideas and suitable contract styles.
After accepting our contract terms, we can start to look at the project in more detail, and a Contract will be drawn up. This is an exciting stage where choices for layout, fixtures, fittings, and colours are made. However, it’s essential to understand that decisions made about the design at this stage are not considered fixed and are used as a starting point for pricing purposes only.
We manage the entire construction phase from start to finish. You’re encouraged to visit the site and discuss progress. In fact, we’ll keep you fully informed throughout the entire build process. Rest assured, we remain your single point of contact during the whole experience.
The big day has arrived! Our hand-over process is about making sure you are 100% happy with your new home. So, we use a Completed Building Works checklist that goes through every detail to do this.
We want you to be delighted with every detail of your new home. As a result, we offer a 6-year guarantee on all major defects and a 2-year guarantee on all minor defects.
